Salt – new cafe opening soon in Hotwells
A new cafe opening soon in Hotwells promises locally and ethically sourced food and drink, using organic suppliers wherever possible.
With an estimated opening date of mid- to late-June, Salt will take the place of Clifton Cakes on St George’s Road in a building that also has a prominent back entrance on Anchor Road.
“We hope you can join us for some excellent coffee or tea and some homemade cake or for a healthy lunch,” say owners Alan and Alice.
There will be a daily choice of sandwiches on artisan bread, soups, homemade tarts and frittatas and a selection of salads.
Alan and Alice also hope to run occasional evening events such as film nights and acoustic music nights.
