Mocha Mocha to open second cafe

By Martin Booth  Sunday Jan 12, 2025

A popular cafe is set to open in a second location.

The award-winning Mocha Mocha will be opening on College Square off Anchor Road in what was previously Rod & Ruby’s.

They promise “authentic Italian coffee paired with breakfast, lunch and cakes freshly made every day, served with Italian soul”.

Mocha Mocha’s original cafe on St Michael’s Hill is particularly popular with university students.

In their new home in the Harbourside next to the headquarters of Hargreaves Lansdown, they will have to appeal to mostly office workers in an area of Bristol where independent businesses have always struggled.
