Greek cafe and bakery to open second site

By Karen Johnson  Wednesday Aug 27, 2025

A Greek bakery and cafe is opening a second site, after the popularity and success of their first location in Clifton Village.

Bake-A-Licious by Manos Tsiapi will open in September, within the Distillery, a office complex in the Glassfieds Development in Temple Quarter.

The cafe that first opened in Clifton Village in January 2024 is known for its vast variety of Greek specialities, including pies, profiteroles, coffee and tea.

With the second site, according to Tsiapi, they will continue their tradition of bringing something “new and unique” to Bristol.

He added: “We make everything in-house, from sandwiches and pies to salads and doughnuts – everything.” Tsiapi also prides Bake-A-Licious as being one of the city’s only Greek cafes and bakeries.

With the new site positioned on the ground floor of a bustling office complex, Bake-A-Licious hopes to diversify their menu with more healthy options at the forefront.

The team are also treating customers to a free coffee on their opening day, September 15, by downloading their new Bake-A-Licious mobile app.
