First look inside what will become new Bristol Beer Factory taproom
Good things come to those who wait, with patient fans of Bristol Beer Factory now being offered a tantalising glimpse of their new taproom.
It was announced in March 2024 that BBF would be opening the taproom later that year within the Old Brewery development on Ashton Road, just a few hundred yards from their current premises on North Street.
That has yet to happen but with the much-delayed Old Brewery site now finally open to the public, we might not have to wait too much longer.
A BBF spokesperson previously said the business is “determined to stay in BS3” – with the opening of the taproom now expected at “some point in the near future”.
BBF already serve their beer at Ashton Gate Stadium, with guests at the Bristol Legends awards ceremony at the stadium on March 7 able to enjoy an inclusive drinks package for £200 per ticket or £2,000 for a table of ten.
For every pint of BBF beer sold throughout the awards dinner and after-party, BBF will be donating £1 to our fundraising efforts to support independent journalism and social impact projects across Bristol.

The new BBF taproom is set to open in Heritage House within the new development; one of seven commercial premises on the site alongside 107 new homes.
Public access is now available to the Old Brewery through a metal arch opposite the former Ashton Gate tollhouse.
Ahead of BBF’s move to the Old Brewery, their own brewery has already moved to new premises in Ashton Vale.
