Catley’s opens third bakery and cafe
A popular bakery and cafe has opened a third site within a female-led co-working space for hairdressing, beauty and tattoo experts.
Catley’s opened its site within Crisp on Wednesday, with a huge pile of pastries and cookies lined up near the till, ready to be paired with a variety of beverages.
The cafe currently shares the ground floor space with hairdressing, with the potential of seating upstairs in the future.
is needed now More than ever
Caffe Moka, whose city centre site was recently replaced by eFZin Coffee, previously traded from the co-working space in Old Market.

Croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin and cinnamon swirls were among the many goodies available to choose from on the cafe’s opening day
Inviting commuters passing through the neighbourhood to the cafe, the Catley’s team said on Instagram: “Does your morning commute happen to go through Old Market?
“You’re in luck because Catley’s at Crisp opened today at 7.30am, so you can grab a coffee and breakfast on the way to work!”
Owner Hannah Catley started her first baking business, Lockdown Loaves, from her dad’s home kitchen during the pandemic. Soon after, she opened the first Catley’s bakery and cafe in Clifton Village.
In March, Catley’s opened its headquarters site in St Anne’s, with most of the bakery’s goods selling out in hours on the first day.
The Old Market site, as Hannah Catley told Bristol24/7 previously, was an opportunity the baker “couldn’t turn down”.
While opening hours may change later, currently the Catley’s inside Crisp is open Tuesday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm and between 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Alongside bringing Catley’s into their studio, Crisp has also got a fresh makeover with a vibrant pink now adorning the building’s exterior
