Bristol Food Connections reveals full 2018 festival programme

More than 100 events will be taking place across the city as part of this year’s Bristol Food Connections.

Running from June 11 to 17, the festival’s aim is to connect people through food with events happening from Barton Hill to Bell’s Diner.

Highlights include:

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.
  • A three-course dinner centred around chocolate with chef Adrian Kirikmaa
  • Community Iftar celebrating the breaking of the traditional monthly Ramadan fast
  • St Nick’s Night Market featuring musicians, performers and street food vendors
  • A series of daytime events all week at Hartcliffe Farm
  • Carib-Asian Cookery with Sherrie Eugene-Hart and Pat Hart
  • A unique dinner marking three decades of Bell’s Diner and Bar Rooms
  • A celebration of Cretan food at CoExist Community Kitchen with Marianna Leivaditakia
  • 6 o’clock Gin distillery tour
  • Feeding the deer at Ashton Court

Bristol Food Connections chief executive Claire Peeters said: “We’re really excited to be back for 2018 and for the whole of Bristol to be taken over by delicious food, tastes and flavours.

“There are so many great happenings taking place, from Iftar celebrations to historical dining events, bringing together communities and people from all walks of society across the city.

“This year, we wanted things to be a little different which is why the festival will span the whole of Bristol and beyond, aiming to connect the entire city through food and celebrate what Bristol is truly about.”
