Limited-edition beer and round-the-block queues: capture the atmosphere of the EatDrink24/7 launch if you missed it
The EatDrink24/7 launch party is over for another year – and what a night it was.
A night of good music, good beer and good food as 400 people crammed into sunlit courtyard of Wiper and True’s Old Market taproom.
Showcasing our brand-new EatDrink24/7 guide (available now for free around the city), the event was a celebration of the artistry and passion that can be found within its pages.
is needed now More than ever

Box-E and Squeezed combined their signature flavours
Wapping Wharf legends Box-E and Squeezed came together in a collaboration that saw Box-E classics like hake and charred hispi cabbage merged with Squeezed’s bold flavours and signature ancho fries.
On the other side of the courtyard, Danny’s Burgers’ collaboration with Big Nath’s BBQ saw queues around the block.
The “titans on the grill” dug into Mexican cuisine to produce a mouth-watering al pastor burger, combining tender smashed patties with charred pineapple salsa, chipotle mayo and lime crema.
Guests were treated to a limited-edition can of Kaleidoscope, Wiper and True’s best-selling beer, emblazoned with the Bristol24/7 logo.

The crews Big Nath’s BBQ and Danny’s Burgers battled through the heat
It was a night to be remembered – but if you’re kicking yourself for not getting a ticket, fear not.
Our Bristol24/7 events newsletter will keep you up to date with all our happenings, from the epic that is our Legends event (which in March packed out a section of Ashton Gate Stadium) to next year’s EatDrink24/7 launch.
Don’t miss the next offering from the minds of our events planners – and whatever food collaboration the city’s chefs dream up next.
