Full Dot to Dot festival lineup drops
The complete lineup for Dot to Dot‘s city centre takeover has dropped, and it includes a slew of Bristol bands in the mix of cutting edge artists from across the country and overseas.
Thousands of music lovers turn out every year to catch new favourites and established underground acts at the city’s biggest venues including Electric Bristol, the O2 Academy, Strange Brew, the Fleece and Rough Trade.
Thekla will once again host two indoor stages and one outside by the water, and on Nicholas Street Mr Wolf’s will programme bands inside and out on its street stage.
The Louisiana, the Island, the Croft and Zed Alley will also take part, and the Shakespeare Tavern on Prince Street will host acoustic acts by the bar.

This year’s festival is headed up by Lambrini Girls, Fcukers and NewDad.
Bristol bands to join the lineup include acclaimed punk-rockers Grandmas House, sad-bop duo Mumble Tide and alt-rock trio Krooked Tongue who headline the Croft ahead of the festival on May 9.
Indie-folk comes from Kibbo Kift, FOOT FOOT and Green Man Rising winners the Eve Appleton Band, while janky alt-pop is provided by Belishas, Masca and the Cindys, and art-rock from the Scuttlers.
Erotic Secrets of Pompeii, Folketronic, Eva Parfitt and Paper Crowns also join the party.
From further afield, Hunny Buzz, Horsefair, Glasshouse, Iota and Lacrosse Club help complete the lineup which features more than 100 acts performing at the fastest selling edition of the event so far.
“We’re thrilled to once again support the local scenes in Bristol and Nottingham,” said booker Ben Ryles. “They are a vital part of the musical culture of these cities, and to shine a light on these incredible acts is something we’re continuously proud of.
“Idles, Hard Life, London Grammar, Jake Bugg and lots of others local artists have played the festival before going on to play larger venues and it’s amazing to be part of that journey.
“Grassroots venues and artists are at the centre of Dot To Dot’s ethos, and we can’t wait to see these artists thrive.”
