The new EP to listen to before Love Saves The Day

Charmaine Freeman aka August has released a new EP project ‘Got Those Strings’.

Commenting on the release, August says it is a “direct commentary on “non-conformity and a refusal to accept the boundaries and stereotypes that are inflicted upon us daily.”

The track, which is available on all major streaming platforms, is a variety of multi-genre electronic music with soul R’n’B lead vocals.

August will be performing at Love Saves The Day. Credit: August.

August, also the founder of Bass Choir, will be performing on Saturday at the Love Saves The Day with Bass Choir on the main stage alongside artists such as Mahalia and Little Simz.

This October, August will also be doing a music launch review at The Exchange.
