Nick Park’s Shaun the Sheep cameo revealed
We weren’t allowed to show you these pictures yesterday because of an embargo. But here you can see the plasticine Nick Park in all his glory. Park has a brief cameo in Shaun the Sheep the Movie as a twitcher – his real-life hobby – who spies upon a pair of mating birds through his binoculars. Alas, the fowl are not best pleased at being snooped on and promptly attack him. No Creature Comforts there, then. Director Richard ‘Golly’ Starzak tells us that not only was the Oscar-winning animator delighted to be sent up in this way, but he also supplied all his own screams. That’s why you’ll see “Nick Park as himself” in the end credits.
