Huge Davies brings ‘Album for My Ancestors (Dead)’ to The Wardrobe Theatre
Since making his Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2019 with the sell-out, award-nominated show, The Carpark and its follow up, Whodunnit, Huge Davies has been making waves in the comedy industry.
Known for his unwavering style of deadpan humour and utter lack of pandering to his audience, as well as his customised wearable keyboard, he has amassed a raft of TV and radio credits, and has supported Phil Wang and Joe Lycett on national tours.
Davies is also the creator of a semi-improvised Channel 4 sitcom The Artists, starring Helen Bauer and Travis Jay, as well as co-host of the hit podcast Slime Country, together with Ed Night and Sunil Patel.

Now, he is on his debut solo standup tour, bringing his third Fringe hour, Album for My Ancestors (Dead) around the UK and Ireland.
In it, Davies will be performing a series of songs – supposedly handed down through his family.

“From his Grandpa Joe finally winning a ticket to the chocolate factory to his brother Elliot finding a stray alien in the garden shed, there’s something for everyone.
The show is “an attempt to finally honour his incredible ancestors which include Batman, Ash Ketchum, Joey, Monica, Phoebe, Rachel, Chandler and Ross”.
Huge Davies: Album For My Ancestors (Dead) is at The Wardrobe Theatre on April 18 at 7.30pm. Tickets are available at www.thewardrobetheatre.com. Find out more at www.hugedavies.com or follow @hugedavies.
