New co-working space promises ‘inspirational experience’

By Sofia Webster  Monday Jun 10, 2024

A new co-working space is opening near Bristol which features “a spectrum of contemporary options” from focus rooms to wellness spaces.

Workspace provider NewFlex has confirmed it will open a third UK location for US brand Serendipity Labs, with its first and second branches located in Manchester and Cambridge.

The 19, 256 square-foot workspace in Aztec West Business Park near Bradley Stoke will include private offices, team rooms, desks and flexible co-working options.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

It promises to deliver an “inspirational experience”.

Serendipity Labs is a United States-based brand offering workspaces for shared working, meeting venues and work lounges. The firm currently operates over 35 locations in 20 markets across the US.

John Arenas, chairman and CEO of Serendipity Labs, said: “This expansion to Aztec West will bring inspiring workplace options to Bristol as part of our growing network supporting hybrid and distributed work across the UK.”

The expansion of Serendipity Labs’ UK network comes after the growth in popularity of hybrid working and co-working spaces.

The Aztec West office will provide members and users further access to work lounges, focus rooms, wellness spaces, a seamless booking app and complimentary access to networking events.

Serendipity Labs Bristol is opening on June 20.
