New skills bootcamp to help businesses turn climate action into opportunity
A new ten-week organisational sustainability skills bootcamp will launch in January 2026, aimed at helping people and organisations take practical action on climate change while boosting efficiency and reputation.
Starting on January 14 in Bath and January 15 in Bristol, the programme is designed for employees, managers, freelancers, start-ups and those looking to re-enter the workforce.
The bootcamp focuses on real world skills, from measuring and cutting carbon footprints to embedding sustainability into everyday workplace practices.

Blending online learning with in-person sessions, the bootcamp will equip learners with practical tools to reduce environmental impact, cut costs through smarter use of energy and resources and respond to growing customer and supply chain demands for greener operations.
The programme also supports the region’s wider net-zero ambitions, helping to build more resilient organisations and career-ready individuals across the West of England.

The programmes are delivered by YTKO West of England, a business support organisation with extensive experience helping individuals and companies grow through tailored and impactful training, with funding from West of England Combined Authority.
