Customer complaints to Bristol Water rose by 16% over the past 12 months, despite a fall in the numbers to competing companies nationwide. Complaints to the water company, based in Bridgwater Road, rose from 3,058 for the period 2007/08 to 3,561 for the 2008/09 period,according to the latest figures published by the Consumer Council for Water.
