Gout de France at Wilks
The Michelin-starred Wilks restaurant is taking part in the global event Gout de France when 3,000 chefs in 150 countries across the world will be simultaneously cooking a dinner that represents French gastronomy outside France.
The event is organised by the French Ministry for Europe & Foreign Affairs alongside three-starred Michelin chef Alain Ducasse with the aim of contributing to the reputation of France and of the country’s culinary skills.
It is the fourth year in a row that the event has taken place and it is the first time that Wilks, on Chandos Road in Redland, has been asked to take part.
Head chef and co-owner James Wilkins will be serving a choice of a la carte dishes or a five-course menu gourmand for £58 per person.
To book your table for this special dinner, call Wilks on 0117 9737 999 or visit www.wilksrestaurant.co.uk.
