Running Time
98 mins

A diverse quintet of teens compete in a series of games to win a mansion owned by mysterious billionaire Atticus Virtue (Chad Michael Murray). Yes, you may recognise the basic plot from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

There’s some derivative fun to be had, but The Guardian‘s two-star review was dismissive: “Targeting the demographic intersection between geeky YA fiction readers, folks interested in psychology that doesn’t go much deeper than an internet quiz, and supermarket puzzle magazine fans, this sci-fi-inflected thriller is moderately satisfying as long as you don’t think about it too much.”
