Disney’s 1953 animated bash at J.M. Barrie, which is best remembered for that great ongoing battle between Captain Hook and the tick-tocking crocodile. The voluptuousness of Tinker Bell led to a claim that Disney’s over-excited artists had based her on Marilyn Monroe; in fact an actress named Margaret Kerry was the model. History records that this was – oh dear – Michael Jackson’s all-time favourite film.
