Directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, this swinging sixties classic stars David Hemmings as a groovy, David Bailey-esque photographer who thinks he might have snapped a murder in between romping with naughty dolly-birds (Jane Birkin, Gillian Hills). Pop trivia freaks will enjoy the nightclub scene, which includes the only footage ever shot of the Yardbirds line-up featuring Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. It’s also been alleged that a young Michael Palin and Janet Street-Porter can be spotted in the audience.
