Organised by community interest company/post-16 education provider boomsatsuma and Weston-super-Mare Museum, with loot from the Heritage Lottery Fund, this new feature-length documentary’s purpose is to highlight the history of the Bournville Estate and its residents, from the origins of the estate in 1927 to the present day. And who better to do that than young people aged 11-19 who live on and around the estate? A blend of historical research and oral history of senior residents builds up a picture of how it has changed over time.
