This concluding documentary in the sixth Exhibition on Screen series explores Van Gogh’s ‘japonisme’ and reveals how Japanese society has subsequently developed an affinity with his work. Contemporary artist contributors include calligrapher Tomoko Kawao and performance artist Tatsumi Orimoto.
