Super Troopers 2

Director
Jay Chandrasekhar
Certificate
15
Running Time
95 mins

Remember Super Troopers? Of course you don’t. Jay Chandrasekhar‘s sub-Police Academy flick failed to make much impact on release back in 2001 on account of the fact that, somewhat fatally for a comedy, it wasn’t remotely funny.

But there’s no denying the writer/director/star’s tenacity. After studios showed little interest in a sequel, he crowdfunded it instead. So now those state troopers are back to police a border dispute between the US and Canada. Reviews suggest this is every bit the equal of the first film.
