Jack Thurston, cycling guru, author and presenter of the Bike Show on Resonance FM, discusses his latest book, Lost Lanes West, which introduces 36 West Country bike rides on forgotten and lost routes.

The routes include ancient trackways of Wessex’s chalk downs, prehistoric remains of Avebury, Silbury Hill and Stonehenge, and traffic-free paths along the River Dart and River Exe.
