Young chefs programme and autumn feast sponsors

The young chefs programme 2017 saw nine young people complete a two-day culinary course, culminating in a 200 seated autumn feast produced by the young chefs.

The project was a huge success. We’re now looking to place some of the young chefs in placements in professional kitchens around Bristol. We look forward to eating in their own restaurants in the near future!
