Conham River Park

“The serenity, the beauty, the wildlife, the positive vibes, Conham River Park just encompasses everything paradise or escape. Whether it’s deep in the winter or in the height of summer, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, chill with friends and swim!”
Magpie Bottom

“Magpie Bottom is another hidden gem. This spot has a gorgeous lake with ducks swimming in it almost all the time; it’s peaceful and has some lovely short walks around. A quick escape off the busy road into serenity, but also there’s a community farm within where you can help yourself to plums, blackberries and other amazing fruits during season.”
St George’s Park

“St George’s Park is a fantastic family hangout spot. We love it for the amazing spaces to sit and chill, the massive lake to watch (and feed) the ducks and swans, and – most of all – the skate park, which offers never-ending entertainment for the kids on their bikes and scooters. Love this park!”
Sweet Mart

“The food, the spices, the vibe, all of it, is very nostalgic of my Kenyan roots! I love knowing that whatever I need to make something that will transport me back to my home is going to be available at Sweet Mart in Easton. The staff are also always so nice and happy to chat about our roots!”
Joe’s Bakery

Aggie travels across Bristol to get her Joe’s Bakery fix – Emma Deadman
“We moved to a part of Bristol that is far from the nearest Joe’s Bakery, but we still travel across town to grab their brown sourdough bread! Their staff, their quality and their standards are second to none!”
