Teaser trailer for Balloon Fiesta nightglow released

The team behind the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta have released a teaser video ahead of the Virtual Nightglow taking place at the weekend.

Hosted via a livestream on the BBC Radio Bristol website on Saturday, August 8 at 9pm, the nightglow will bring the event into homes across the city.

The 2020 nightglow will feature 12 balloons, a light show, special effects and a soundtrack from BBC Radio Bristol. The team also promise some “special surprises”.

“For several weeks now, the Balloon Fiesta team, we here at BBC Radio Bristol, plus a lot of incredibly generous people from the city and beyond, have all come together to create a nightglow like no other. One for you to watch and enjoy from the comfort of your home,” says the BBC Radio Bristol team.

DJ and producer Andy Jarvis has created the exclusive soundtrack for the nightglow in collaboration with BBC Radio Bristol, and the show will be hosted by Emma Britton.
