Stunning wildlife photos on show in Bristol
Celebrating its 50th year, the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is a showcase of stunning images which capture the drama, beauty and splendour of the natural world.
Entries for the competition has grown from 500 entries in 1965 to almost 42,000 entries from 96 countries in this year’s competition.

Vivienne Bennett, Interim Head of Bristol Museums, Galleries & Archives, said: “We are proud to bring the Wildlife Photography of the Year exhibition to Bristol again, especially with Bristol Green Capital 2015 just around the corner.
“Each year these spectacular and dramatic images draw visitors from far and wide and inspire thousands of people.”
Wildlife Photographer of the Year runs from 29 November 2014 – 22 February 2015 at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.
