Leisure centre reveals multi-million-pound upgrade

By Betty Woolerton  Monday Nov 3, 2025

A leisure centre has undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment which includes the creation of the building’s first dedicated women-only gym.

A total of £3.8m has been poured into Easton Leisure Centre, aiming to enable “all ages, genders and abilities” to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Beginning in April and due to be complete in December, the upgrades include a larger gym, soft play area, improved pool changing rooms, revamped sports hall and new reception, seating and cafe.
