Giant water fight to return to Millennium Square

A giant water fight will return to Bristol at the end of August, with hundreds expected to join the open air event.

Water pistols will be drawn on Millennium Square on Wednesday, August 24 at 7pm in a repeat of last year’s battle.

The Smile Instigation Collective, a group who say they are dedicated to “infecting people with happy”, are in charge of the fun.

They said: “Remember the water fight last year? We are back! And we will soak you ALL!

“Bring your water balloons, rubber duckys, inflatable whales, swimming goggles and get your game face on.”

The event, promoted on Facebook, will also be raising money for the YMCA, using donation buckets on the day. You can also donate here: www.justgiving.com/bathymca.
