Fundraiser set up following gas explosion that destroyed house
Following a gas explosion on Tuesday morning that destroyed a house on Lancaster Road, Yates, a fundraiser has been set up to rebuild.
The fundraiser is set up by the residents’s grandchild Storm Boulton, they said: “This morning, my Nan and Grandad’s lifelong home was destroyed in a gas explosion.
“They’ve lost everything they’ve ever owned, and it’s absolutely devastating.
is needed now More than ever
“We’re reaching out to ask for any support no matter how small to help them replace essential items and begin to rebuild.”

Their grandparents Jane and Paul, escaped with their dog Poppy, thankfully with no life-changing injuries.
Storm extended their thanks to the firefighters who responded.
They hope to reach a £1,800 target, with more than a £1,000 raised already.
