New family-run Greek cafe and bakery opens
Trays of fresh kadafi, baklava, focaccia sandwiches, cakes and brownies are neatly lined on the counter of the newly opened Bean There Too.
A family-run Greek cafe owned by Amanda Gioka, Elvira Rami, and Victoria Kote, Bean There Too has opened in the former home of the award-winning East Bristol Bakery in Old Market.
Speaking to Bristol24/7, the female-led team at the cafe and bakery said: “Bean There Too is built on a passion for quality, community, and fresh food. Our journey began with a vision to create a welcoming place where people can enjoy speciality coffee, freshly baked goods, and exceptional service every day.”

The cafe offers a range of Greek-baked goods alongside the more widely available coffee and cake options. All food is prepared in-house, fresh every day.
“We believe that great food brings people together,” said the team. “And we’re proud to serve our local community with traditional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and a friendly smile.”
The team wishes to make every customer’s visit, even if it were just for a takeaway order, feel like “home”.
While the cafe is fully operational, the team will be hosting a grand opening event on September 5 and is keen for the local community to join them in celebration.
