‘It feels like the stars have finally aligned’
Big Nath’s and Danny’s Burgers are collaborating for the first time to create a menu exclusively for the EatDrink24/7 launch party.
The party in July at the Wiper and True Taproom near Old Market will also feature another exclusive collaboration between Wapping Wharf neighbours Squeezed and BOX-E.
“We’ve talked for years about doing something together, so it feels like the stars have finally aligned,” said Kins Pelletier & Nath Ritchie from Big Nath’s. “We’re huge fans of what they do and can’t wait to sling some food together for the event.”

Danny’s Burgers, which can usually be found inside the Fierce & Noble Brewery in St Werburgh, started as a passion project for owner Danny Hawke following a win at the Grillstock festival in 2017. Nearly ten years later, Danny’s Cali-style smash burgers are undoubtedly some of Bristol’s best.
Sharing his excitement about collaborating with Big Nath’s, Danny said: “It’s such an honour to be asked to come together with some friends, who like us have a Bristol-born brand and create something to really celebrate Bristol’s incredible independent food scene.
“The previous EatDrink24/7 events have been such a hit and some really memorable dishes have come from them so we can’t wait to get involved.”

Big Nath’s began in 2021, available for takeaway and delivery from a kitchen unit in St Jude’s. Six years later, Nath and Kins have become favourites of many, with the pair opening a barbecue school in Backwell in 2024.
Speaking about EatDrink24/7, the duo said: “We’ve always loved the Bristol24/7 EatDrink guide — there’s usually a copy floating around our house covered in folded corners where we’ve spotted new places we want to try!”
One of their favourite things about the guide, they added, was seeing other members of Bristol’s hospitality community “championing each other”.
“Bristol’s food scene is packed with brilliant independent businesses and it’s lovely to see that celebrated properly,” they said.

EatDrink24/7 is Bristol’s only truly independent guide, where members from the hospitality industry are invited to share their recommendations for their favourite places to eat and drink in the city.
Now in its eighth edition, the EatDrink24/7 guide is the biggest ever, with a panel of 84 industry experts sharing personalised recommendations.
Kins & Nath continued: “Bristol24/7 has always been such a strong supporter of independent hospitality in the city, so it’s genuinely special for us to be part of the launch.
“Events like this are so important for bringing people together and shining a light on the amazing food and drink scene we’re lucky to have here.”
