An estimated 100,000 people took to the streets of St Paul’s on Saturday for the annual Carnival.

This year’s theme of ‘Our Journey’ paid homage to the Windrush generation, with community elders celebrated with banners, placards and their own vintage green Bristol bus.

The streets of the area were once again filled with colour, from sound systems on street corners to fun for the whole family.
