Bristol set to clean up at the DJ mag awards?

It looks like Bristol is in for a successful year at the DJ Magazine Awards.

The categories include best DJ, best festival, best live act, best club event and best series. With at least a Bristol nominee in each category, it looks like the city could wipe the board.

Eats Everything and Shanti Celeste have been picked for contention in the best DJ award.

Elsewhere immersive a boundary pushing noisemakers Giant Swan have been nominated for best live act.

It’s good news for our venues as well with Motion being nominated for the best large club. Their incredible In:Motion series has also been put forward for the best club series, while secret location specialists Alfresco Disco are in the running for Best Club Event.

Not forgetting festival season, Love Saves The Day and Boomtown have also received nominations.
