Banksy-style artwork appears – already covered in Perspex
Whenever a work by Banksy appears nowadays, it gets swiftly covered in Perspex to protect it from being defaced.
In a meta street art twist, a new stencil that appeared overnight comes within its own frame and see-through protective covering, as well as a pair of traffic cones and red and white tape.
The work is of a mime artist attempting to get out of the box they have found themselves in.

The words #freebanksy appear at the bottom of the work on a wall on Queen’s Road but whether this is a Banksy is up for debate.
The new piece is directly in front of Bristol Museum, where in 2009 Banksy staged an elaborate takeover.
