Site of former Fry’s chocolate warehouses to become shipping container offices
Offices within converted shipping containers are set to be built on the site of what were once warehouses owned by the famous Fry’s chocolate company.
CGI images have been released to illustrate the planned layout for CARGO Work at Wapping Wharf.
The space will feature a glazed courtyard canopy, balconies and terraces on all floors and views across south Bristol.
Stuart Hatton, managing director at Umberslade, the developer of Wapping Wharf, said that he is “thrilled” that works are now progressing.

Set on the corner of Wapping Road and Cumberland Road, preparatory works for the offices are already underway and a steel frame for the site is due to be created in September.
