National housebuilder opens South West division in Bristol
A major UK housebuilder with a 90-year legacy has launched a new South West division with Bristol as its regional headquarters.
Miller Homes has opened its 11th regional arm, covering the South West of England and Wales, with a new base at Aztec West in Almondsbury.
The move forms part of the company’s wider growth strategy, with active developments already underway in Newport, Swansea and Yatton and new land secured in Royal Wootton Bassett.
The firm is also seeking further opportunities across Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire and Wales, with several new housing schemes in the pipeline.

Founded in 1934 in Edinburgh, Miller Homes is one of the UK’s long-established housebuilders, with a track record of delivering major residential developments.
Among its notable schemes are major developments in Newport, Swansea and County Durham, alongside large-scale projects in Chichester and Basingstoke.
James Mulcahy, managing director of Miller Homes South West, said: “There is a real sense of excitement within the team following our move to new office space in Bristol, as we officially mark our launch as the latest trading region of Miller Homes.
