A new app has launched from Totterdown designed to simplify communicating with a remote or mobile workforce.
Voz is the brainchild of PR specialist Neil Whitehead and e-learning consultant Jane Davidson and allows companies to classify and target information so that employees only receive relevant content on a clean, simple platform.
“So many employees I speak to feel disengaged and disillusioned with the way their employers communicate – or don’t communicate! – with them in the workplace,” says Jane. “With almost everyone owning a smartphone, Voz feels like the natural way to keep in touch and make employees feel involved.”
“l’ve spent years making sure my clients get great exposure, successfully promoting their brands to the masses,” adds Neil. “I soon realised that internal communication, which is equally as important, was being overlooked.”
