Vacant Commercial Property Grant

Are you a start-up or looking to expand your business? Could your business benefit from funding to help get your idea off the ground?

Grants up to £10,000 are available to help you start trading from a city centre or local high street property in Bristol.

Most organisation types can apply, including limited businesses, sole traders, charities, CICs, voluntary organisations, and arts and culture groups.

The grant can be used to pay for capital expenditure including structural or physical works to the premises or equipment a business needs in order to trade.

Living Wage

The Living Wage (£13.45 per hour) is the only UK wage rate based on the actual cost of living. Paying the Living Wage can bring real benefits to your business, including an improved reputation, improved staff motivation, productivity and retention.

Bristol Business and Enterprise Support (BrisBES)

Led by Bristol City Council and delivered by YTKO, BrisBES provide fully funded, personalised business support, including 1:1 coaching, weekly workshops and a range of practical resources to help you start, scale, or strengthen your business.
