Renishaw appoints new group human resources director

The global engineering firm Renishaw has appointed Clare Nicholls as its new group human resources director.

With over 25 years of global HR leadership in manufacturing and engineering, Nicholls joins from TT Electronics, where she was EVP of HR, and previously held roles at Boeing and Tata Steel.

She will lead Renishaw’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, culture and capability building, while overseeing HR and Health & Safety worldwide.

Driven by a lifelong passion for science and engineering, Nicholls holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
