Partners& joins the Bristol24/7 Better Business network

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Oct 15, 2025

Partners& is delighted announce its membership of the Bristol24/7 Better Business network.

Founded in April 2020, Partners& was established to deliver a “next generation” standard of advice and service to clients, addressing what it sees as 21st-century risks that many businesses and their advisers often overlook, including cyber threats, management liability and people-related risks.

At the core of the company’s philosophy is the notion of partnership. Its mission is to collaborate closely with clients, ecosystem partners and insurers to help organisations build resilience, navigate an increasingly complex world and achieve their ambitions.

Better Business
Better Business is an initiative launched by Bristol24/7 to help businesses thrive, whilst creating a positive impact on Bristol and the people who live here.

At the launch event on October 2, Phil Barton, group chief executive of Partners&, highlighted the company’s strong connection to Bristol.

“For many of us, Bristol feels like coming home,” he said. “It’s where we started our careers and raised our families.”

The city’s thriving sectors also make it an ideal location for the firm’s expansion. From professional services, haulage and logistics, and construction to life sciences and healthcare — including care homes and GP surgeries — Bristol’s economy aligns closely with Partners&’s areas of expertise.

The new office, located at The Crescent in Temple Back, places the business at the heart of the city.

It will serve as the company’s South West hub, home to 30 colleagues in Bristol and more than 200 employees across the wider region.

Partners& aims to bring its distinctive, class-leading approach to Bristol. The firm believes too many businesses are underserved by their insurance advisers, with many clients reporting that they do not fully understand their insurance cover.

This is where Partners& seeks to make a difference. Through what it calls the “discovery phase”, the team works to gain a deep understanding of each client’s business and challenges, collaborating to develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Above all, Partners& prides itself on caring about its clients and ensuring their risk and benefits programmes are built to strengthen resilience, helping them to thrive in an ever-changing world.
