Love Bristol Gift Card celebrates three years of driving business footfall
The Love Bristol Gift Card celebrates its third anniversary, having generated over £184,000 in sales and £21,000 in local reinvestment in the first half of 2025 alone.
Developed by Bristol’s three central BIDs, the card drives footfall to over 180 venues across the city, including independent shops, national brands, and cultural destinations like St George’s and Bristol Beacon.
Recent expansions and record-breaking sales highlight its growing role in Bristol’s economic strategy.
As the city considers a unified BID, the card continues to gain traction, especially as a popular year-end gift for teachers.

“In just three years, the Love Bristol Gift Card has proven to be much more than a present – it’s a real investment in the cultural and commercial fabric of our city,” said Steve Bluff, director of Redcliffe & Temple BID.
“It keeps money circulating locally, strengthens independent businesses and showcases what makes Bristol vibrant and unique.”
