Award-winning law firm launches writing competition for Gromit Unleashed 3
Barcan + Kirby are proud sponsors of the Gromit Unleashed 3 trail, with the firm supporting a brand-new character, Norbot, which trail-goers can find in Victoria Park, Bedminster.
With community being a core value of the award-winning law firm, they are running a competition for children aged 4 to 11 throughout the summer holidays, inviting them to take part in a creative writing challenge by imagining how Spellbound, their Norbot sculpture, came to be in Victoria Park.
Winning entries will receive a fantastic prize, and the best stories will be published in a special printed book. Several copies will be donated to Bristol Children’s Hospital, allowing young patients to enjoy the spellbinding tales from their fellow young authors.

Entries should be no more than 500 words and must be sent to hello@barcankirby.co.uk by September 12.
Three lucky winners will be contacted by 30th September. Entries must include the child’s first name and age, a parent or guardian’s contact details, the title of the story, and the name of the school (if applicable).

This is a brilliant opportunity for children to unleash their imagination and bring Spellbound’s backstory to life.
