Bristol Bears star Millie David called up for England training camp
The day after scoring a sensational try in Bristol’s Premiership semi-final defeat to Gloucester-Hartbury, Millie David has been included in England’s training camp.
The 19-year-old winger has been scoring tries for fun this season and fully deserves her place in the Red Roses setup ahead of the Six Nations.

Bristol’s 36-20 defeat to Gloucester-Hartbury at the specially renamed Queensholm stadium means the Bears’ season has come to an end.
It also means the end of her time in Bristol for US rugby superstar Ilona Maher who marked her final game for the Bears with a try.

Speaking after the game with tears in her eyes, Maher said: “I’m so honoured to have played for the Bristol Bears, the most welcoming nicest team I could have joined.
“And I’m sad that I now won’t be playing with a lot of them but against a lot of them…
“It’s been an honour to wear this jersey.”
