It has been created by technology and entertainment platform Fever whose aim is to make history accessible to a wider audience.
Fever worked with Titanic experts at Musealia, the team behind the exhibition Titanic. The Human Story, to ensure the experience is as historically accurate as possible.
In the experience, guests are guided through by various in-experience characters, including figures inspired by real people connected to the Titanic.
The journey begins at the ship’s wreck site in the present day before transporting guests back to 1912 as the Titanic departs from Southampton. From there, they can explore the vessel’s interiors.

Alex Winterbotham, Fever global director of production, said: “At Fever, we’re committed to making culture and history more accessible, and Titanic: A Voyage Through Time is a compelling example of how technology and immersive experiences can transform the way people learn, feel and connect with the past.
“We hope visitors come out feeling as though they’ve truly stepped aboard the Titanic, with a new understanding of this momentous piece of maritime history”.
Titanic: A Voyage Through Time launched in the Galleries in Broadmead and will run until the end of August.
