Video: Traditional horse power at Tyntesfield
A heavy horse has been drafted in to help with the extension of a National Trust woodland play area at Tyntesfield, near Bristol.
The building work has already begun, but Tuppence, a 14-hand Welsh Cob, was been drafted in to help haul timber.
Darren Mait, National Trust Ranger said: “We decided to use Tuppence as she will be able to negotiate the dense woodland more effectively than us using a tractor, and more importantly will have less negative impact on the ground and habitat.”
