Here’s a preview of what to expect at the new Paintworks development which is beginning to take shape in Arnos Vale:

A mixture of flats, houses and live/work units are being created on the former brownfield site which backs onto the River Avon.

The development will be able to be accessed via a footbridge over the river from Sparke Evans Park in St Philip’s Marsh.
