In photos: Superhuman

On Saturday, Bristol’s fitness fanatics came out in the sweltering heat to flex their muscles and superhuman strength for the Superhuman Games 2025 in Greville Smyth park

First launched in 2013 and is now recognised as the UK’s ultimate outdoor functional fitness and endurance event.

Featuring five workouts throughout the day, participants compete to complete as many laps as possible of each task.

Choosing to tackle the feat in pairs or teams of four.

Competitors comes from all over the world to have a go, ranging from those with military experience, CrossFit competitors, OCR athletes, personal trainers, and of course, those who are on their own fitness journey.

The all-day competition saw competitors push massive tyres, crawl under nets and clamber over walls.
