Bristol production company returns to Channel 4

A Bristol-based production company is set to renew its BAFTA-nominated series on Channel 4.

Five Mile Films, which is based on Whiteladies Road, will be reviving their series The Dog House for another series.

the dog The programme spotlights rescue dogs and their “extraordinary bonds” with the individuals and families that adopt them.

The production team say they are “keen to shine a light on the life-changing power of rehoming.

“With rescue centres still under considerable pressure, this new series feels like a timely moment to highlight both the challenges facing rehoming charities and the hopeful, life-affirming stories that come from adoption.”

The team are currently on the hunt for the families and individuals to take part in The Dog House’s latest installment.
