Bristol Cheesemonger opens second shop

By Martin Booth  Friday Feb 26, 2021

Rosie Morgan started off selling cheese from a trestle table in one corner of Hart’s Bakery.

Bristol Cheesemonger is a specialist cheese shop focusing on local and seasonal British cheeses, with Rosie visiting as many farms and dairies to source cheese for its shelves.

After building up a loyal customer base from her award-winning shop in a converted shipping container in Wapping Wharf, Rosie has opened a second shop.

The new Bristol Cheesemonger is on the ground floor of the Tobacco Factory, located alongside the Five Acre farm shop in the former Thali restaurant on North Street.

There will be a rotating selection of cheeses , most collected by Rosie herself, as she continues to develop her business.
