New underground cocktail bar opening soon

Bristol’s newest cocktail bar is located below ground in a subterranean lair.

Clifton Cocktail Club promises to be “the home of unique and beautifully crafted cocktails”.

As well as the “expertly crafted cocktails”, there will also be cocktail making classes at the new bar on Whiteladies Road.

Clifton Cocktail Club is opening in the basement of 135 Whiteladies Road opposite Clifton Down railway station in what was most recently Bar 135 and previously Bijou.

It will continue a trend for new cocktail bars in Bristol which in 2022 has seen the opening of venues concentrated within the Old City including Blame Gloria on Small Street and the Cocktail Club on Corn Street, as well as Tonight Josephine on Baldwin Street.
